Dr. CHJ believes that educators can lead wherever they are - with or without an official leadership title. This 4 part series provides a unique self-awareness approach to supporting classroom educators with understanding their role as teacher leaders and setting professional goals - taking them to the next level in their career as educators. Individual workshop options are available, but once you experience Part 1, you will want to keep coming back for more! If you sign up for the full series, you will receive a discounted price and it will take place over the course of 2-4 days for in-person and virtual options. *Adjustments can be made if you just want 1 full day. *Free 30-minute virtual consultation to learn more about our services upon request prior to purchasing. In-person consultations available for those located in the Dallas area.
*Each workshop comes with unlimited virtual prep meetings (based on availability) leading up to the day of the session and a debrief following the session/series.
*Online and in-person options available
*$500 additional fee per day to cover travel expenses for in-person sessions outside of the Dallas area.

Individual Session Descriptions
Part 1: Teacher Leader, Who?
This session is perfect for ALL classroom educators in addition to pre-service teachers. Veteran and novice teachers will recognize who they are as teacher leaders from the classroom and begin thinking about who they can become.

Part 2: The Leader In Me
Still second guessing yourself as a teacher leader? In this session, educators will take a step back from leadership in the education world and focus on their inner leader as they reflect on their personal experiences in different areas of their lives. These activities will help them make stronger connections to what this could look like in the classroom.

Part 3: That Libra Kind of Educator
Libras are all about BALANCE (You guessed it - I am a libra). This session allows for a deep dive reflection about how teachers can balance their educator lives just as they would in their personal lives and make adjustments to ensure they are leading in a variety of ways.

Part 4: Closer To My Educator Dreams
This session will support all classroom educators in developing a vision and planning what the next step in their career should be. How can you continue to be a classroom teacher leader this year/next year? Do you want to become a coach/mentor in the near future? Do you want to become an administrator? Figure it out and plan for it NOW!
