This website is operated by Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. We provide access to services that include mentoring and professional development workshops. By accessing or using the website of our service, or signing invoices for our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review our Terms periodically on our website when signing up for future services. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or services.

Privacy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time. Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC also has the right to post pictures or videos taken during workshops on our website or social media platforms for promotional purposes. If you or your participants don’t want to be included on such posts – please just notify us at any time. Recordings of 1:1 mentoring sessions will not be posted unless permission is provided for a purpose that will serve others.

 

Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC has the right to cancel and/or refuse future services without penalty if we believe the client is not using our services appropriately and/or if the client makes any of our consultants/presenters feel uncomfortable while services are being provided. 

 

Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, our services.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein. It is understood that Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services rendered. Clients understand that outcomes are not guaranteed and it is up to them to use what they have learned to achieve desired outcomes.

 

Intellectual Property

 

Clients agree not to reproduce, make copies of, or distribute any materials that are provided to them as participants in our mentoring services or workshops. Materials provided are the sole intellectual property of Dr. CHJ Consulting, LLC.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be provided for all services if canceled within 24hrs of booking.

 

A 50% refund will be provided for workshops if canceled up until 30 days prior to the scheduled event. Partial refund is also available for unlimited 1:1 sessions up until the first scheduled session of the package. Failure to schedule your first session within 30 days of purchasing an unlimited package will result in no refund. No partial refunds for single 1:1 sessions.

 

0% refund for 1:1 single sessions canceled after 24 hrs. Workshops that are canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event will not be refunded. Unlimited packages will receive no refund if canceled after the first scheduled session of the package.

 

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is available with no extra fees, but the session must be rescheduled to take place within 6 months of the original date AND client must request to reschedule within 48 hours of the canceled session. You are only allowed to reschedule 2 times before you will have to pay the full fee again for any future sessions of interest. If cancellation has occurred within 48 hrs for an in-person event that requires travel outside of the Dallas area, an additional travel expense fee will be charged for the rescheduled session.

 

Presenter/Meeting Host Cancellation

If the presenter/meeting host cancels due to unforeseen circumstances and the client does not want to reschedule, the client will be refunded for the service that was missed. Unlimited 1:1 sessions are excluded from the presenter cancellation policy. We will reschedule based on your unlimited plan.

 

Other

*All workshops and 1:1 sessions must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

*Payment plans are available through Afterpay, Klarna for 1:1 sessions.

*Free 30-minute virtual consultation to learn more about our services upon request prior to purchasing. In-person consultations available for those located in the Dallas area.

*Each workshop comes with unlimited virtual prep meetings (based on availability) leading up to the day of the session and a debrief following the session/series.

*$500 additional fee per day to cover travel expenses for in-person sessions outside of the Dallas area.
